我们用单层琼脂体外细胞培养法,对32例急性非淋巴细胞白血病患者在完全缓解后1~3周时外周血粒/单祖细胞(CF-GM)的动态变化情况进行了比较观察。患者分四组,分别采用DA(柔红霉素、阿糖胞管),HA(三尖松酯硷、阿糖胞苷)、AA(阿克拉霉素、阿糖胞管)、MA(米托蒽醌、阿糖胞苷)四种不同化疗方案治疗。结果表明:四种化疗药物对外周血干细胞(PBSC)均具有一定的扩增作用。外周血CFU—GM产率的高峰时间为诱导化疗达到完全缓解后的2~3周,高峰出现平均日为且6.5天,是采集PBSC的最佳时间。不同化疗方案对CFU-GM的扩增效果有一定的差异。本研究结果显示DA方案的扩增作用显著高于其它方案,为正常值的25倍(P<0.05)高峰出现的平均日为10天,早于其它化疗方案8.6天(P<0.05)。
Using monolayer agar in vitro cell culture, the dynamic changes of peripheral blood monocytes / progenitor cells (CF-GM) in 32 patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia at 1 to 3 weeks after complete remission were compared. Patients were divided into four groups: DA (daunorubicin, arabinose), HA (tripelin ester, cytarabine), AA (aclacinomycin, Care anthraquinone, cytarabine) four different chemotherapy regimens. The results showed that all the four chemotherapeutic drugs have some effects on the proliferation of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC). The peak time of CFU-GM production in peripheral blood was 2 to 3 weeks after the induction chemotherapy was completely relieved. The average peak appeared at 6.5 days, which was the best time to collect PBSC. Different chemotherapy regimens have different effects on the amplification of CFU-GM. The results of this study showed that the amplification effect of DA regimen was significantly higher than that of other regimens. The average daily peak appeared at 25 times of the normal value (P <0.05), which was 10 days earlier than other chemotherapy regimens for 8.6 days (P < 0.05).
