本文主要探讨一项立基于改善弱势学童偏差行为的评估方案,且以建立正向的价值观为主要目标,社会工作系大学生组成服务团队所设计的服务方案主题配合学校教师围绕品格教育为主轴,期初广泛地讨论品格教育的重要性,而后针对课堂内弱势学生所表现的偏差行为,由社会工作系大学生负责设计教案,包括各种为弱势学生之偏差行为改善与预防从而推动品格提升的相关议题阅读计划。方案通过“过程评估”模式分析研究所经历的过程,检视弱势学生在校表现的偏差行为,针对每周的品格教育教案设计,进行一系列的分析,以质性的数据为主,进行非结构式访谈和讨论,是用以实践行动研究模式的主要方法与手段。服务方案的实施对偏差行为防治的意义如下所示:(1)倡导品格教育的重要性。透过品格教育方案的执行,提醒学生日常生活中需要注重的品格议题,包含礼貌、诚实、尊重等,可以在日常生活中实践品格教育的价值。(2)协助学生增强自信心。通过活动中不断的鼓励与支持,协助学生累积正向成长的经验,发展出自信的一面。(3)发展不同学习的经验。品格教育需要更多元、更丰富的学习方式,常用的有阅读、角色扮演、体验教育等。
In this paper, we mainly discuss an evaluation plan based on improving the biased behavior of underprivileged children. With the main objective of establishing positive values, the theme of the service plan designed by the service team composed of undergraduate students of social work works in coordination with school teachers around character education. To discuss the importance of character education extensively, and then devise the lesson plans for undergraduates who are disadvantaged in the classroom by the students of social work department. The lesson plans should include: reading, reading, reading, plan. The program analyzes the process of the Institute through “process evaluation” mode, examines the deviation behavior of disadvantaged students in school performance, conducts a series of analysis according to weekly character education lesson plans, and conducts a series of analyzes based on qualitative data Unstructured interviews and discussions are the main methods and tools used to implement the paradigm of action research. The significance of the implementation of service solutions to the prevention and control of deviant behaviors is as follows: (1) Promote the importance of character education. Through the implementation of the character education program, students are reminded to pay attention to the character issues in daily life, including courtesy, honesty and respect. They can practice the value of character education in their daily life. (2) to help students to enhance self-confidence. Through continuous encouragement and support in activities, we help students accumulate positive experiences and develop their own confidence. (3) Develop different learning experiences. Character education requires more diverse and richer learning methods, commonly used reading, role-playing, experience education and so on.
