目的:探讨分析加强感染科护理管理对护士自我健康行为的影响。方法:以于杭州市第一人民医院感染科工作的12名护理人员作为研究对象,通过回顾性分析与前瞻性调查相结合的方式调查,针对职业暴露的危险因素进行强化管理,比较管理前后护士的感染预防理论知识、护理操作、防范意识、防范能力、健康教育、感染后处理及乐观情绪,焦虑、抑郁及工作满意度情况。结果:强化管理后护理人员的感染预防的理论知识、护理操作、防范意识、防范能力、健康教育、感染后处理及乐观情绪等得分均明显高于强化管理前(P<0.05);强化管理后护理人员发生职业暴露的风险明显低于管理前,焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于管理前,工作满意度明显高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:加强感染科护理管理有利于提高感染科护士的自我健康行为,降低职业暴露的风险,保障工作安全。
Objective: To analyze and analyze the influence of nursing management of infection department on self-health behaviors of nurses. Methods: Twelve nurses who work in the Infectious Diseases Department of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital were investigated. Through retrospective analysis and prospective investigation, the risk factors of occupational exposure were intensively managed and compared before and after the management Theoretical knowledge of infection prevention, nursing operations, prevention awareness, prevention, health education, post-infection management and optimism, anxiety, depression and job satisfaction. Results: The score of theoretical knowledge, nursing operation, prevention awareness, prevention ability, health education, infection post-treatment and optimism of nursing staff after intensive management were significantly higher than those before intensive management (P <0.05); after intensive management Occupational exposure to nurses was significantly lower than before management, anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than before management, job satisfaction was significantly higher than before (P <0.05). Conclusion: To strengthen the nursing management of infection department is beneficial to improve the self-health behavior of infection nurses, reduce the risk of occupational exposure and ensure the safety of work.
