对青年的现状和青年的成长规律进行科学的研究和理论的探索,正在引起越来越多的青年工作者的关注和兴趣。目前在中央和各地学习或进修青年工作专业的同志,不少人正在往科学研究的方向努力。他们的调查和研究尽管流于浅薄,缺乏理论深度,但却是可喜的起步。他们既是未来的青年工作干部,同时也将是青年研究工作的后备力量。为此,我们开辟这个“未来的青年研究工作者习作选编”栏目,以资鼓励。相信有了一定数量的积累之后将会有质的突破。我们热切地期待着。欢迎来稿。
Scientific research and theoretical exploration of the current situation of youth and the law of the growth of youth are drawing more and more attention and interest from young workers. At present, many comrades who study or further their major in youth work in the Central Government and other places are making efforts in the direction of scientific research. Their investigation and research, although superficial and lacking in theoretical depth, are a welcome start. They are both future youth cadres and they will also be reserve forces for youth research.
