坐标测量机是现代制造系统中不可缺少的测量装置,是CIMS环境下质量保证系统的信息源,自由曲面曲线的检测在质量保证中显得尤为重要。为此,文中着重介绍应用CNC测量机进行曲面曲线自动扫描的一些关键问题,以及应用插值B样条和EB样条进行数据处理、测头半径补偿和误差评价的主要方法等内容,实践证明,该系统能够胜任自由曲面曲线检测这项工作。
Coordinate measuring machine is an indispensable measuring device in modern manufacturing system. It is the information source of quality assurance system in CIMS environment. It is very important to measure the curve of freeform surface in quality assurance. Therefore, the article mainly introduces some key problems of automatic curve scanning using CNC measuring machine, as well as the main methods of data processing, probe radius compensation and error evaluation using interpolation B-spline and EB spline. The practice proves that, The system is capable of freeform surface curve detection of this work.
