韩延华教授认为不育症虽以肾虚者为多,但兼夹肝郁者亦不少见.肝郁虽为单一病机,但易导致肾虚、脾虚、血瘀、湿热诸多病机相互交结,对不育症的发病具有重要影响.韩百灵先生所创百灵调肝汤原用于治疗肝气郁结不舒所致的不孕症,韩延华教授将其扩展应用于治疗肝郁型不育症,方证契合,亦获佳效.“,”Professor HAN Yanhua suggests that although most male infertility patients are kidney deficiency type,it's also common that the disease is concomitant with liver depression. Although the liver depression is a single pathogenesis,it can lead to the combination of kidney deficiency,spleen deficiency,blood stasis and heat and humidity,which has important influence on the incidence of male infertility. The Bailing Liver-Reg-ulating Decoction created by Mr. HAN Bailing is originally used to treat the female infertility caused by liv-er qi stagnation. Professor HAN Yanhua has expanded its application to the treatment of male infertility of liver depression type. Because the prescription fits to the disease ,it has obtained good effect.
