From May 14 to May 15, 2005, the first China Media Press Summit was held in Shanghai. Beijing Daily Newspaper Group’s concentric publishing house president Liu Tingzhao’s speech “Analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the media press” aroused widespread concern of the participants.
