髓外浆细胞瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤,此肿瘤可以发生在鼻腔、鼻窦、鼻咽、口咽、气管、淋巴结、结合膜和乳突小房的粘膜等处,但是大部分发生在鼻腔和鼻窦。自1905年Schridde首次报告发生于鼻腔以来,国外已报道200多例上呼吸道浆细胞瘤,而国内仅有数例。我科于1985年12月份收治左鼻腔髓外浆细胞瘤一例,特报道如下: 患者陈某,男,40岁,农民,江苏兴化人,住院号292419。因左侧反复鼻衄,鼻塞进行性加重一月入院。入院体检:左侧外鼻局限性隆起,左鼻腔充满灰白色坏死新生物,表面粗糙,有臭味,触之易出血。后鼻孔检查:后鼻孔堵满灰白色新生物。
