当代社会经济的发展对英语教师的各种能力提出了更高的要求,英语教师应根据社会的需要培养自己的教学胜任能力。在培养自己外在的教学能力时不断的加强自己内在的基本能力培养,并在不断从外界获取信息的过程中培养自己的开拓创新精神,使自己成为一名优秀的英语教师。
The development of contemporary society and economy puts forward higher requirements on the various abilities of English teachers. English teachers should cultivate their teaching abilities according to the needs of society. While training our external teaching ability, we should constantly strengthen our own internal basic ability training and cultivate our pioneering and innovative spirit in the process of continuously obtaining information from the outside world so that we become an excellent English teacher.
