鱼肉属于精致蛋白质,易被人体吸收。而孩子处于发育阶段,机体对蛋白质的需求较多,所以,孩子通过多吃鱼来补充蛋白质,确实适合。但具体说到吃淡水鱼好还是海水鱼好,应该各有利弊。海水鱼中的DHA(俗称“脑黄金”)含量高,对提高记忆力和思考能力非常重要,但其油脂含量也较高。有些孩子消化功能发育不全,吃海水鱼,容易引起腹泻等消化不良症状。
