Sato Masahiko of Japan’s Department of General Anthropology, Kyoto University and graduate student Hirohita Mitsuhide of Human Environmental Studies succeeded in opening plants to plants without pollen technology and opened up new avenues for the cultivation and variety improvement of genetically modified crops. They found that DNA has a function that allows genetic elements that are indispensable to the survival of plants to act as an activity switch for the genetic elements of the enzyme. At the same time, this function only in pollen cells play. On this basis, they also developed a kind of “artificial DNA”, a combination of two kinds of DNA, and then inserted into the wild shepherd’s purse, due to the role of artificial DNA in the wild-eating pollen cells, to ensure that the genetic factors of their living enzymes Activity, pollen also born.
