目的曲美他嗪对治疗高血压患者心脏的保护功能进行探讨。方法对我院心内科接受治疗的60例高血压患者进行回顾性分析,将所有患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组采取适量的利尿剂、钙拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂及酶抑制剂等进行治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上,外加20mg曲美他嗪治疗,每天3次。利用超声心动图检查及测量患者的LVDd、LVDs、IVSd及PWd等,并计算出患者的左心室质量指数及左室射血分数。结果 1年后,采用曲美他嗪治疗患者,其的左室射血分数明显增加,2年后得到改善。而对照组患者的LVEF增加不明显。1年后,治疗组患者的LVMI显著降低,2年后降低更明显。结论在常规抗高血压治疗的基础上,外加曲美他嗪药物治疗,有助于改善高血压患者的左心室收缩功能以及有效逆转左心室的肥厚。
Objective Trimetazidine for the treatment of hypertension in patients with heart protection. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 60 hypertensive patients undergoing cardiology in our hospital. All patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group to take the appropriate amount of diuretics, calcium antagonists, β-blockers and enzyme inhibitors for treatment. The treatment group in the control group, plus 20mg trimetazidine treatment, 3 times a day. Echocardiography was used to examine and measure the LVDd, LVDs, IVSd and PWd, and to calculate the left ventricular mass index and left ventricular ejection fraction. Results One year later, patients treated with trimetazidine showed a significant increase in left ventricular ejection fraction and improvement after 2 years. The control group patients with LVEF increased significantly. After 1 year, the LVMI of the treatment group was significantly lower, and the decrease was more obvious after 2 years. Conclusion On the basis of routine antihypertensive treatment, the addition of trimetazidine treatment can help to improve the left ventricular systolic function in hypertensive patients and effectively reverse the hypertrophy of left ventricle.
