本文从解析“供给侧结构性改革”入手,分析欠发达地区供给侧结构性改革面临的形势,找出欠发达地区推进供给侧结构性改革面临着问题。通过借鉴发达地区经验,结合欠发达地区的实际,提出欠发达地区推进供给侧结构性改革的四项举措:聚焦要素新供给,着力提高全要素生产率;聚焦制度新供给,全面提高政府服务意识;聚焦结构新供给,提升高端优质供给竞争力;聚焦政策新供给,为企业营造优质营商环境。
This article starts with the analysis of “supply-side structural reform ”, analyzes the situation facing the supply-side structural reforms in less-developed regions, and finds out that the under-developed regions are facing the problems facing the supply-side structural reforms. By referring to the experience of developed areas and combining with the reality in underdeveloped areas, four measures are put forward to promote supply-side structural reform in underdeveloped areas: focus on new supply of elements and focus on improving total factor productivity; focus on new supply of system and comprehensively raise government service awareness; Focus on new supply structure, enhance the competitiveness of high-end supply of high quality; focus on new policy supply, to create a business environment for business excellence.
