我矿国各庄采区是一座较大规模的粘土矿井。为了加快它的副井开拓延深工程,在矿党委领导下,我们组织了工人、干部、技术人员三结合研究组,通过认真调查和方案比较,先后由-65米水平至-155米水平和-155米水平至-255米水平两个阶段采用了吊罐反井施工方法。实践证明,这种施工方法与一般方法相比,速度快、效率高、比较安全;取得了较好的技术经济指标。
