2012年,我们公司(中国石化广东梅州石油分公司)大力开展改善经营管理建议活动,共收集到各类建议938条,实施702条,实施比例达76%以上;评出获奖建议295条,其中市公司级287条、省公司级8条,获奖比例达31%以上,取得了明显成效。公司通过抓早、抓实、抓紧,把“提建议、促经营、强管理”活动真正落到了实处,进一步促进了员工队伍建设,提高了企业管理能力和经营水平。
In 2012, our company (Sinopec Guangdong Meizhou Petroleum Branch) vigorously carried out activities to improve management and advice. A total of 938 proposals of various kinds were collected and implemented, with implementation proportion reaching more than 76%; 295 awards were awarded, of which 287 municipal-level companies, provincial company-level 8, winning more than 31%, and achieved remarkable results.
