随着国民经济的迅速发展和科学技术水平的不断提高,流体机械的漏水、漏汽和漏油问题已越来越引起人们的关注和重视[1]。屏蔽电泵以其密封无泄漏开始受到广泛运用,但是由于技术的不完善,在使用过程中遇到很多问题。本文就以天然气处理厂屏蔽电泵所存在的各种问题为主线,对屏蔽电泵的原理及其特点进行了简单的介绍,然后针对天然气处理厂屏蔽电泵所出现的问题,按其用途不同分别进行问题分析,并提出相应的改进措施,最后指出在生产生活中所要注意的事项。
