目的研究腹腔镜和后腹腔镜肾上腺手术与开放肾上腺手术的治疗效果。方法收集肾上腺肿瘤患者100例,随机分为A组(后腹腔镜)、B组(腹腔镜)、C组(开放手术),对比三组手术时间、住院时间、出血量、肠道恢复时间等指标。结果 A组手术时间、住院时间、出血量分别为(86.56±36.20)min、(6.72±3.12)d、(45.65±16.54)ml,均为三组最低;A组进食时间较B组早,引流量较B组小(P<0.05)。结论后腹腔镜与开腹手术及腹腔镜比较,有创伤小、治疗效果优、康复快等优点,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of laparoscopic and retroperitoneoscopic adrenal surgery and open adrenal surgery. Methods 100 patients with adrenal tumors were randomly divided into group A (post laparoscopic), group B (laparoscopy), and group C (open surgery). The operation time, length of hospital stay, blood loss, and intestinal recovery time were compared between the three groups. index. Results The operative time, length of hospital stay and blood loss in group A were (86.56±36.20) min, (6.72±3.12) days, (45.65±16.54) ml, which were the lowest in the three groups. The eating time in group A was earlier than that in group B. The flow rate was smaller than that in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with open surgery and laparoscopy, retroperitoneal laparoscopy has the advantages of less trauma, superior treatment effect and quick recovery, and is worthy of application.
