目的 研究胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术时围手术期实施的护理方式.方法 在2019年2月1日到2020年5月1日期间选择100例胆囊结石并行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者参与这次实验,患者在围手术期被给予不同的护理措施,平均分成对照组和观察组,分别为传统护理和整体护理,比较患者的手术指标.结果 结果 可知,观察组患者的进食时间、排气时间、下床时间都要明显早于对照组患者、住院天数要明显短于对照组患者P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论 由此我们可知,在患有胆囊结石并行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围手术期给予整体护理可加快患者的进食、排气和下床,可明显缩短患者的住院时间,在临床中的应用较广.
