With help of Barkley model of cardiac excitable media the action potential of cardiac tissue are numerical analysis and the wave pattern of spiral wave and its breakup on the cardiac tissue are obtained.When we considered action potential as external stimulus of cardiac tissue, under neural cell model of cardiac rhythm, the effects of external stimulus to the cardiac rhtrhm are studied in theoretic.The effects of irregular waves to the cardiac rhythm, chaos and noise, are also analyzed.The method used here are numerical and the software Cmiss.
