今天,卫生部在上海召开建国以来首次全国卫生法制工作会议,这是我国卫生工作中的一件大事,在此我首先代表上海市人民政府对各位领导和代表的到来表示热烈的欢迎,并对大会的召开表示热烈的祝贺!这几年来,我们国家的法制建设发展非常迅速,“依法治国”已被定为我们管理和建设国家的基本方略,法制工作已成为行政管理工作中的一项主导内容。这次全国卫生法制工作会议的召开,既是对前阶段卫生法制工作的总结,也为今后进一步加强我国卫生法制建设指明方向.刚才,张文康部长、杨景字主任、张怀西副主任委员都作了很重要、很精彩的报告,相信通过这次会议,将会对我国卫生法制工作起到积极的推动作用。
