山西省洪洞县城建局肩负着城乡建设和行政执法管理的双重任务。近年来,他们在县委、县政府的领导和省、地建设主管部门的具体指导下,以党的十五大精神为指导,高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜,紧紧围绕全民“三五”普法教育,结合城建系统工作特点,创造性的开展法制建设工作,在学法、用法和执法检查方面取得了一些成绩,受到省、地、县有关部门的表彰和奖励,先后荣获临汾地委行署颁发的“普法教育先进单位”、“《建筑法》宣传特别奖”等荣誉称号。他们的具体做法是: 一、提高认识,加强领导,健全机构,把法制建设列为城建工作重要议事日程。
