使用几年后的离心铸造HK-40转化管组织、性能的变化,损伤情况是国内、外很多人关注的问题,并希望从中能预示炉管的残余寿命,以免突然破坏造成重大损失。我们利用着色探伤、光学显微镜、定量金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X光衍射等研究了材料的组织变化,孔洞,裂纹的发展情况并定量。对材料进行了室温、高温机械性能及持久试验。针对预示寿命进行了分析,比较几种预示方法,并结合使用经验提出简单的根据裂纹发展位置预示意见。为了更准确地予示寿命应综合分析组织、性能、损伤、受力、及温度等情况。延长炉管寿命应避免力和热的冲击。对几个应继续研究的问题进行了讨论。
After several years of centrifugal casting of HK-40 transforming tube tissue, the performance change and damage are the concerns of many people at home and abroad. We hope that it can predict the residual life of the furnace tube so as to avoid sudden damage and cause great losses. We use the color inspection, optical microscopy, quantitative metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction study of the material changes in the organization, the development of holes, cracks and quantitative. The materials were room temperature, high temperature mechanical properties and long-term test. According to the predictive life expectancy, several forecasting methods were compared and combined with the experience to propose a simple prediction based on the location of the crack development. In order to more accurately show life expectancy should be a comprehensive analysis of organizations, performance, damage, stress, and temperature and so on. To extend the tube life should avoid the impact of heat and force. Several issues that should continue to be studied are discussed.
