目的分析建邺区18岁以上居民Ⅱ型糖尿病患病、相关危险因素及防制情况,为制定预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法统计分析建邺区2015年慢性病及其危险因素流行病学调查数据。结果该人群糖尿病患病率为11.9%,标化率为11.09%。男性糖尿病患病率为13.2%,女性为10.8%,男性高于女性(χ~2=15.066,P<0.05)。单因素分析表明,性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业类型、家庭收入、抽烟、六千步当量、糖尿病家族史、高血压、BMI、腰臀比、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白与糖尿病患病有关。多因素分析表明,高年龄、肥胖、糖尿病家族史、高血压是糖尿病发生的独立危险因素;女性、文化程度高、脑力劳动等是糖尿病发生的独立保护因素。糖尿病患者知晓率为63.6%,女性显著高于男性,且随着年龄增加而升高。已知晓患者中糖尿病治疗率为89.7%,且随着年龄增加显著升高(P<0.05)。已治疗的糖尿病患者控制率仅为43.4%。结论糖尿病已成为影响建邺区居民健康的主要疾病之一,男性、肥胖、有糖尿病家族史的中老年人是防治的重点,现患糖尿病人知晓、治疗、控制率都有待提高。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and risk factors of type 2 diabetes in residents over 18 years old in Jianye district and to provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Statistical analysis of epidemiological survey of chronic diseases and risk factors in Jianye District in 2015. Results The prevalence of diabetes in this population was 11.9% and the standardization rate was 11.09%. The prevalence of diabetes in men was 13.2%, in women 10.8%, in males higher than females (χ ~ 2 = 15.066, P <0.05). Univariate analysis showed that gender, age, marital status, education level, occupation type, family income, smoking, 6000 equivalents, family history of diabetes, hypertension, BMI, WHR, total cholesterol, triglycerides, low density Lipoprotein and diabetes disease related. Multivariate analysis showed that high age, obesity, family history of diabetes and hypertension were independent risk factors of diabetes. Women, high education level and mental labor were the independent protective factors of diabetes. Diabetes patients awareness rate was 63.6%, women were significantly higher than men, and increased with age. It is known that the treatment rate of diabetes in patients is 89.7%, and increases significantly with age (P <0.05). Control of diabetic patients has been treated only 43.4%. Conclusion Diabetes mellitus has become one of the major diseases that affect the health of residents in Jianye District. Men, obesity and family history of diabetes mellitus are the focus of prevention and treatment. Patients with diabetes mellitus know, treatment and control rates need to be improved.
