原来那就是成长的烦恼,作为班主任的我原来也和我班的学生一样,有着相同的感受和困惑。因为我理解这一点,所以我渐渐地改变了班主任工作的方法。感同身受的教育理念真的对于职业学校的学生而言非常有效,因为他们身上有着那些普通中学的学生所没有的闪光点,但他们同样优秀!大胆地放手吧,让他们也和我们一样沮丧、悲哀、奋进吧!孩子们在奔跑着,很快的接受着新鲜事物,而我们更应该不断更新自己的观念,教师一直被誉为人类灵魂的工程师,随着在我教龄的增加,我越能感觉到这句话的深意,原来他是在学生们的心里辛勤耕作,而不光是在三尺讲台上。
