我院用小剂量氯丙嗪辅助治疗顽固性心衰6例,均获满意疗效,报告于下。 一般资料 男4例,女2例;年龄27～56岁。均系住院患者,其中风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄并关闭不全4例,冠心病2例。心功能均为Ⅳ级,其中全心衰2例,右心衰为主者2例,左心衰为主者1例。住院初期均经卧床休息,低盐饮食及控制感染,并给予足量洋地黄类(1例用西地兰速给法,5例用地高辛
Our hospital with a small dose of chlorpromazine assisted treatment of refractory heart failure in 6 cases, were satisfactory results reported in the next. General information 4 males and 2 females; aged 27 to 56 years old. All hospitalized patients, including rheumatic mitral stenosis and closed insufficiency in 4 cases, 2 cases of coronary heart disease. Heart function are grade Ⅳ, including 2 cases of total heart failure, right heart failure mainly in 2 cases, left heart failure in 1 case. Bedridden early rest, low-salt diet and control of infection, and give adequate digitalis (1 cases with cedilanid method, 5 cases with digoxin
