随着信息经济和知识经济的到来,市场环境变化迅速,企业之间的竞争已演变为人才之间的竞争,谁拥有优秀的人才,谁就能在市场中占据不败的地位。因此,加大人力资本投资,有利于提升企业的市场竞争力,有利于促进企业的经济增长,实现企业的可持续发展。本文通过分析经济增长方式的转型和人力资本投资的意义,探讨了人力资本投资对企业经济增长的作用,并提出加大人力资本投资,促进企业经济增长的几点建议。
With the advent of the information economy and knowledge economy, the market environment has changed rapidly. The competition among enterprises has evolved into competition among talents. Whoever has excellent talents will be able to occupy an unassailable position in the market. Therefore, increasing human capital investment will help improve the market competitiveness of enterprises, help promote the economic growth of enterprises, and achieve the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper analyzes the transformation of economic growth mode and the significance of human capital investment, discusses the role of human capital investment in the economic growth of enterprises, and puts forward some suggestions for increasing human capital investment and promoting the economic growth of enterprises.
