通过湖南、江西两省的调查研究发现 ,主要农产品价格上涨对于不同类型的农户产生了不同 (正面或负面 )的影响 ;而同期的生产资料价格上涨增加了农户的生产性投入 ,部分或完全抵消了农产品价格上涨带来的收入增加 ,加重了贫困农户及少地和失地农户的负担。国家制定相关政策时应充分考虑到农户群体的多元性以及政策对不同类型农户的针对性
Through the investigation and study in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, it is found that the price increases of major agricultural products have different (positive or negative) impacts on different types of farmers; and the price increases of production materials have increased the input of farmers’ productive inputs in the same period and partially or completely offset The increase of income brought by the price increase of agricultural products has aggravated the burden of poor peasants and less-developed land-expropriated farmers. When formulating relevant policies, the state should give full consideration to the diversity of farmer groups and the pertinence of policies to different types of farmers
