[目的]探讨血塞通注射剂不良反应规律。[方法]使用回顾性分析方法,血塞通+5%葡萄糖或0.9%氯化钠,200~400mg+250mL,1次/d,静滴。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈11例,显效17例,有效4例,无效3例。总有效率91.43%。[结论]血塞通注射剂治疗应选择适用人群,掌握用法和用量,降低不良反应的发生率。
[Objective] To explore the adverse reaction rule of Xuesaitong injection. [Methods] Using retrospective analysis, Xuesaitong + 5% glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride, 200 ~ 400mg + 250mL, 1 / d, intravenous infusion. Continuous treatment of 15d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment to determine the efficacy. [Result] Eleven patients were cured, 17 markedly effective, 4 effective and 3 ineffective. The total effective rate of 91.43%. [Conclusion] Xuesaitong injection should be selected for the treatment of patients, to grasp the usage and dosage, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
