看:服务就在身边2013年1月14日,《无锡市提升社会保险经办管理服务能力研究》项目结题会给与会代表带来了“看、听、说”的新体验,成果汇报不再念总结材料,而是“看微电影”——现场播放了反映无锡市社保经办能力建设的历程视频材料。该课题始于2009年,3年多来,无锡市社保中心通过理顺管理体制、整合经办资源、规范工作标准、延伸社区平台,优化服务流程等,提高了经办服务能力。由于声像更为直观,与会人员看得津津有味,并不时小声交流。
