目的了解湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-硝基丙酸(3-NPA)的污染状况,为保护消费者健康提供参考。方法采集2015年11月-12月和2016年3月-4月湖州地区市场销售的甘蔗样品,采用固相萃取-超高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定甘蔗中3-NPA,并进行统计学分析,比较不同时间段市售甘蔗中3-NPA的含量。结果湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-NPA检出总阳性率为29.63%。2015年11月-12月所采样品阳性率为9.86%,3-NPA含量为0.03μg/kg~23.60μg/kg。2016年3月-4月所采样品阳性率为51.56%,3-NPA含量为0.20μg/kg~29.92μg/kg。冬春季节湖州地区市售甘蔗中3-NPA含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论湖州春季市售甘蔗中3-NPA含量高,易引发霉变甘蔗中毒。
Objective To understand the pollution status of 3-nitropropionic acid (3-NPA) in commercial sugar cane in Huzhou area and provide a reference for the protection of consumers’ health. Methods Sugarcane samples collected from Huzhou in November-December 2015 and March-April 2016 were collected. The 3-NPA in sugarcane was determined by solid-phase extraction coupled with ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry The contents of 3-NPA in commercial sugarcane were compared at different time points. Results The total positive rate of 3-NPA in commercial sugarcane in Huzhou area was 29.63%. The positive rate of samples collected in November-December 2015 was 9.86% and the content of 3-NPA was 0.03μg / kg ~ 23.60μg / kg. The positive rate of samples collected in March-April 2016 was 51.56% and the content of 3-NPA was 0.20μg / kg ~ 29.92μg / kg. The content of 3-NPA in commercial sugarcane in Huzhou area in winter and spring was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusions The high content of 3-NPA in Huzhou sugarcane in spring can easily lead to moldy sugarcane poisoning.
