2016年6月8日,先进制造产业投资基金成立大会在北京召开,林念修副主任出席大会并作重要讲话。林念修指出,先进制造产业投资基金是国家出资引导、社会资本参与、以有限合伙制进行市场化运作的第一支制造业领域产业投资基金。国务院对基金设立工作高度重视,李克强总理、张高丽副总理、马凯副总理等国务院领导同志多次作出重要批示,对基金设立和运作提出明确要求。先进制造产业投资基金的成立,必将为深入贯彻落实《中国制造2025》、加快建设制造强国、推动先进制造业发展注入新的强大动力。
On June 8, 2016, the founding conference of Advanced Manufacturing Industry Investment Fund was held in Beijing. Vice director Lin Nianxiu attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Lin Nianxiu pointed out that the advanced manufacturing industry investment fund is the first industrial investment fund in the manufacturing field under the guidance of state-funded investment, social capital participation and market-oriented operation with a limited partnership. The State Council attaches great importance to the establishment of the founding fund. The leading comrades of the State Council, including Premier Li Keqiang, Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli and Vice Premier Ma Kai, have made many important instructions and made clear demands on the establishment and operation of the fund. The establishment of an advanced manufacturing industry investment fund will surely inject new impetus into the in-depth implementation of “Made in China 2025”, speeding up the building of a powerful nation and promoting the development of advanced manufacturing industries.
