25A型空调客车车体侧墙板采用平板式结构,与过去的筋板式结构不同。为减少侧墙板焊接变形,我们在吸取国外造车经验的基础上,采取侧墙板分段张拉组焊新工艺。该工艺是通过施加一定的外力,使钢板在焊接前产生一定的预变形,以弥补焊接后的变形。为此,我们设计了一种客车制造用的液压张拉组焊胎(见下图)。用此工装组焊的侧墙板,经局部调平后完全能够满足图纸要求。
25A-type air-conditioned bus body side panels using flat-panel structure, with the previous rib structure is different. In order to reduce the deformation of the side wall welding, we draw on the experience of foreign countries on the basis of car, wall plywood to take a new section of the tension welding process. The process is through the application of a certain external force, so that the plate before welding have a certain pre-deformation to compensate for the deformation after welding. To this end, we have designed a hydraulic tensioning tube for bus manufacture (see below). With this tooling welding side wall panels, after partial leveling can fully meet the requirements of the drawings.
