本研究旨在观察磨光糊剂抛光牙周治疗后的牙根面，其光滑程度及结构的变化。选择１５颗因重度牙周炎而拔除的双尖牙，随机平均分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三组，分别用超声波洁牙机洁治、手工刮治、超声洁治＋喷粉抛光处理牙根面后，再用磨光糊剂抛光，用扫描电镜对比观察牙根表面的光滑和磨损程度。结果表明抛光前，光滑程度Ｂ＞Ａ＞Ｃ组，磨损程度为Ｂ＞Ｃ＞Ａ组；抛光后其光滑程度均比以前明显提高，以Ｃ组最为光滑；磨损程度Ｃ＞Ｂ＞Ａ组。提示在牙周病治疗和维持治疗中，磨光糊剂抛光牙根面，能去净残留牙石，能使表面光洁平滑，但不能忽视其磨损作用。
The aim of this study was to observe the change of tooth root surface, the degree of smoothness and the structure after the periodontal treatment with polishing paste. Fifteen selected canines with severe periodontitis were randomly divided into three groups: A, B and C, respectively, with ultrasonic scaler cleaning, manual scraping, ultrasonic cleaning and dusting treatment of root surfaces After polishing with polishing paste again, scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the smoothness and wear of the tooth root surface. The results showed that the degree of smoothness before polishing was B> A> C, the degree of wear was B> C> A; the smoothness after polishing was significantly higher than before, the most smooth in group C; the degree of wear C> B> A. Tip periodontal disease treatment and maintenance treatment, polishing the surface of the polished tooth paste, can clean residual tartar, make the surface smooth and smooth, but can not ignore its wear and tear.
