本研究采用放射性生物微球技术以99mTC标记赡蜍红细胞生物微球为示踪剂测量了犬正常牙髓组织的血流量。结果表明:切牙、尖牙、第一磨牙牙髓血流量的均值分别为0.66,0.54和0.60(m1/ming),三者间差异无显著性;牙髓血流量上颌稍高于下颌,这种差异只在切牙具有显著性意义。本研究证实99mTc标记的赡蜍红细胞生物微球可用于牙髓血流量的放射性微球技术测定。
In this study, we measured the blood flow of canine normal pulp tissue using radioactive microspheres technology with 99mTC labeled support red blood cell bio-microspheres as tracer. The results showed that the mean value of dental pulp blood flow of incisors, canines and first molars were 0.66,0.54 and 0.60 (m1 / ming), respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups. The difference was only significant in the incisors. This study confirmed that 99mTc-labeled Kidney-derived erythrocyte bio-microspheres can be used for the determination of dental pulp blood flow by radioactive microspheres technology.
