If we regard the national strategy of speeding up the construction of inland water transport at the beginning of this year as a brand new origin for the development of inland waterways and shipping, then in 2011 the Pearl River can be described as the most beautiful landscape of “rising from the bottom” . Most commendable is that the development of the Pearl River water transport, full access to the four provinces along the Yangtze River Delta planning, and become the major leaders of provinces and cities along the major issues of grave and urgent major issue.
