用达维坚科夫法不仅可以测定卷筒式拉拔机拔管时钢管的纵向残余应力,而且还可测定弯曲过程中所产生的残余应力。残余应力的符号和大小在很大程度上取决于钢管在拔制工具中的初始变形率。
Using Davovenko’s method not only determines the longitudinal residual stress of the pipe during pipe drawing, but also determines the residual stresses during bending. The sign and size of the residual stress depend to a large extent on the initial rate of deformation of the pipe in the drawing tool.
