黑恶势力一有机会就会沉渣泛起。一些地痞流氓、犯罪分子拉帮结伙,横行霸道,甚至鱼肉百性,疯狂作案。 2001年4月,在全国社会治安综合治理工作会议上,中央提出了在全国范围内开展“严打”整治斗争,使社会治安在两年内明显好转。这次“严打”整治斗争的三个重点之一就是坚决打击称霸一方的流氓恶势力犯罪。 上海,作为国际性特大型开放城市和全国的经济、金融、贸易中心,并正在建设国际采购与分拨中心,维护她的繁荣稳定,事关重大。上海市各级司法机关密切配合,对“严打”整治工作常抓不懈,对于黑恶势力坚持露头就打,除恶务尽,使各类犯罪分子闻风丧胆,不寒而栗。这里我们报道长宁、青浦两区开展“严打”整治取得的成果。
When there is a chance, the evil forces will subside. Some local ruffians, criminals pull gang gang, hegemony, and even fleshy, crazy crime. In April 2001, at the work conference on the comprehensive management of social order in the country, the Central Committee proposed to carry out “strike hard” rectification and struggle throughout the country so that social order would be obviously improved within two years. One of the three focuses of this “strike hard” rectification struggle is resolutely cracking down on crimes committed by rogue evil forces who dominate one side. As an international mega-sized open city and a national economic, financial and trade center, Shanghai is building an international procurement and distribution center to safeguard its prosperity and stability. Shanghai’s judicial organs at all levels have worked closely with each other and always persevered in the “strike hard” rectification work. They insisted that out-of-the-way attacks on the evil forces be done to eliminate evil and make all kinds of criminals feel scared and shudder. Here we report on the achievements made in the “strike hard” campaign in Changning and Qingpu districts.
