一、关于扫盲迎国检1.核清文盲底数,健全档案资料。要核准并整理好扫盲的历史档案。根据1990年第四次人口普查资料,核准文盲底数。一个是15周岁以上文盲数,一个是青壮年文盲数。据各地反映,核准文盲底数并不难,关键是这个底数和教育部门的统计数差距比较大,不好操作。这个问题,在武汉和黄冈比较突出,当时是做“误普”处理。
