质量管理是电大教学管理的中心。我市电大对质量管理十分重视,1987年在总结前七年教学工作的基础上,认真制定了《关于加强教学质量管理的实施意见》。三年来,这个文件对指导全市电大系统以提高教学质量为中心,搞好教学工作起了重要作用。但是由于前几年资产阶级自由化思潮的影响及不正确的价值导向,使相当一部分学生产生厌学情绪,缺乏学习动力。又由于文化革命中知识断层的一代相继完成学业,1986年后入校的学生质量相对下降,加之招收部分单科生,我们在教学质量管理上遇到了一些新问题。全市电大的质量水平似有降低的趋势。电大学生的这种质量状况已经对电大本身亮出黄牌,对电大的生源和今后发展前途产生不可估量的影响。可以说,进一步加强电大的质量管理工作已经到了刻不容缓的地步,十分紧迫。
Quality Management is the center of teaching management in TV University. Our TVU attaches great importance to quality management. On the basis of summarizing the teaching work for the first seven years in 1987, the TVU conscientiously formulated the Opinions on Strengthening the Management of Teaching Quality. In the past three years, this document has played an important role in guiding the TVU system in the city to improve teaching quality and improve teaching. However, due to the influence of bourgeois liberalization ideology and the incorrect value orientation in previous years, a considerable number of students have become tired of learning and lack motivation to learn. And since the generations of knowledge breeds in the cultural revolution have completed their studies one after another, the quality of students entering the university after 1986 is relatively declining. In addition, some single students are enrolled, and we have encountered some new problems in the teaching quality management. The city’s TVU quality level seems to be decreasing trend. The quality status of TVU students has already shown a yellow card to the TV University itself, which has an immeasurable impact on the students’ future sources of living and future development. It can be said that to further strengthen the TVU’s quality management has reached an imperative, very urgent.
