例1:男,60岁.入院前3天右侧头痛,伴右耳刺痛和烧灼感。随后右耳廓出现丘疱疹,抓后糜烂微肿,按湿疹感染用药1周效不佳,听力下降,右上睑下垂,眼裂变小,口角轻度斜歪左侧.皮肤科检查:右耳廓可见簇集成群的丘疱疹,部分糜烂结痂,无明显渗液,外耳道轻度红肿,右颈部亦可见带片状群集性丘疱疹,似绿豆至黄豆大小,无脓疱.右侧额纹线变浅,右眼睑闭合不全,口角偏左,鼓腮时口不能吹哨。诊断为Ramsay-Hunt综合征。采用50％葡萄糖40ml加维生素B_6100mg静注1周,同时肌注聚肌胞,口服病毒灵、维生素B_1和E,局部外擦复方炉甘石洗剂,治疗15天痊愈.随访至今未见有后遗症。
