解放思想是解放生产力的前提,转变观念是深化改革的关键。新时期的思想政治工作主要是解放人的思想的工作。但解放人需先解放自己,只有解放思想政治工作者自己的思想,转换脑筋,才能振奋精神,有所作为。在建立社会主义市场经济体制和转换企业经营机制过程中,我们企业有些政工干部情绪比较消沉,怕字当头,不思进取,存有怨气。问题的关键在于这些同志思想不够解放,还没有完全摆脱许多旧观念的束缚。因此,我们政工干部要下功夫用建设有中国特色社会主义的理论武装自己,抓好自身的思想解放。一、要彻底从“政治是统帅”的观念中解放出来,牢固确立“以经济建设为中心”的思想。全党的工作重心早已转到以经济建设为中心的轨道上,企业经
Emancipating the mind is the prerequisite for liberating the productive forces. Changing the concept is the key to deepening the reform. The ideological and political work in the new period is mainly the work of liberating people’s thoughts. However, the liberated people need to liberate themselves first. Only by liberating the ideological and political workers’ own thinking and changing their brains can they inspire and accomplish something. During the process of establishing a socialist market economic system and transforming the operation mechanism of enterprises, some politicians and workers in our enterprises were depressed in their emotions and were afraid of overbearing characters and enterprising ones. The crux of the problem lies in the fact that these gay people’s thoughts are not enough liberated and have not been completely shaken off by many old ideas. Therefore, we cadres in political affairs should make efforts to arm themselves with the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and do a good job of liberating their own thinking. First, we must liberate ourselves from the concept of “political commander in chief” and firmly establish the thinking of “taking economic construction as the center.” The center of gravity of the entire party’s work has long been shifted to the path of economic construction as the center
