生长落后儿童血浆内皮素水平测定

本组测定29例生长落后儿童的血浆内皮素(ET)水平,生长落后儿童以左旋多巴和胰岛素-低血糖两种生长激素(GH)激发试验结果分为GH缺乏组和GH正常组。结果显示:GH缺乏组儿童血浆ET水平为40.07±20.79pg/ml,GH正常组为39.91±17.5pg/ml,二组均明显低于正常儿童组(56.85±13.03pg/ml)(P<0.05),此一现象提示GH对ET的产生可能有促进作用。 This group of 29 children with growth and determination of plasma endothelin (ET) levels, the growth of children with levodopa and insulin - hypoglycemia two growth hormone (GH) excitation test results were divided into GH deficiency group and GH normal group. The results showed that the level of plasma ET was 40.07 ± 20.79pg / ml in GH-deficient children and 39.91 ± 17.5pg / ml in GH-normal children, both of which were significantly lower than those in normal children (56.85 ± 13 .03pg / ml) (P <0.05), this phenomenon suggests that GH may promote the production of ET.
