本组测定２９例生长落后儿童的血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）水平，生长落后儿童以左旋多巴和胰岛素－低血糖两种生长激素（ＧＨ）激发试验结果分为ＧＨ缺乏组和ＧＨ正常组。结果显示：ＧＨ缺乏组儿童血浆ＥＴ水平为４０．０７±２０．７９ｐｇ／ｍｌ，ＧＨ正常组为３９．９１±１７．５ｐｇ／ｍｌ，二组均明显低于正常儿童组（５６．８５±１３．０３ｐｇ／ｍｌ）（Ｐ＜０．０５），此一现象提示ＧＨ对ＥＴ的产生可能有促进作用。
This group of 29 children with growth and determination of plasma endothelin (ET) levels, the growth of children with levodopa and insulin - hypoglycemia two growth hormone (GH) excitation test results were divided into GH deficiency group and GH normal group. The results showed that the level of plasma ET was 40.07 ± 20.79pg / ml in GH-deficient children and 39.91 ± 17.5pg / ml in GH-normal children, both of which were significantly lower than those in normal children (56.85 ± 13 .03pg / ml) (P <0.05), this phenomenon suggests that GH may promote the production of ET.
