Based on the analysis of logistics in small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises,the status quo of enterprise logistics network,applying supply chain management and JIT thinking to enterprises and establishing logistics centers,the case study shows that the strategy is highly feasible through establishing the supply and sale of the logistics center location model to optimize enterprise logistics network and effectively reduce inventory and transportation costs.
