作者于1985—1989年进行小麦抗根腐病(Bipolaris sorokiniana)变异体细胞选择研究。试验中发现病菌毒素对小麦愈伤组织的形成和再生植株的分化有明显的抑制作用,抗毒素再生苗子代中,3.6%的植株有耐病表现。但尚未发现遗传性稳定的抗病材料。
The author studied the cell selection of Bipolaris sorokiniana variant from 1985 to 1989. In the experiment, it was found that pathogenic toxin had a significant inhibitory effect on the formation of wheat callus and the differentiation of regenerated plants. 3.6% of the plants on antitoxin regenerated seedlings showed disease tolerance. However, no hereditary and stable disease-resistant material has yet to be found.
