本机床为立柱径向进给的数控插齿机,主要用于加工直齿圆柱齿轮,特别适用于小模数齿轮及各种形状的直齿非圆齿轮和平板形凸轮;采用特殊刀具可加工各种齿轮结合子和渐开线花键;选用螺旋导轨刀架可加工斜齿圆柱齿轮;选用附加顶尖座可加工轴齿轮;选用可翻转角度的工作台可加工倒锥齿轮及带锥度的离合器。
