随着国家对国防科技工业投资项目管理力度的不断加强,其追求管理创新,获得更高管理效益的目的更加显现。这就要求各项目管理团队应注重团队建设,积极采取创新管理机制,整体提升自主创新能力,以保证项目达到建设目标的各类要求。而项目团队建设则是实现相关目标的关键,只有提高团队建设在项目实施管理体系中的地位,才能在第一施工要素“人”上抓住重点,有针对性地开展项目管理工作。
As the state strengthens the management of investment projects in the national defense science and technology industries, the purpose of pursuing management innovation and gaining higher management benefits becomes more apparent. This requires that each project management team should pay attention to team building and actively adopt innovative management mechanisms to enhance the capability of independent innovation as a whole in order to ensure that the project meets various requirements of the construction goals. The construction of the project team is the key to achieve the relevant goals. Only by improving the position of team building in the project implementation management system can we focus on the first construction element “people ” and carry out project management in a targeted manner.
