探讨和评价血液透析患者进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性和安全性。结果：所有患者术后２４ ～４８ｈ恢复血液透析。８ 例术后恢复良好，无任何并发症，１ 例出现胆囊三角区少量积液。结论：围手术期处理对血液透析患者相当重要，控制良好的血液透析患者可以安全进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。
To investigate and evaluate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hemodialysis patients. Results: Hemodialysis was resumed in all patients 24 to 48 hours after operation. 8 patients recovered well, without any complications, a case of a small amount of effusion in the gallbladder trigone. CONCLUSIONS: Perioperative management is important for hemodialysis patients, and a well-controlled hemodialysis patient may have laparoscopic cholecystectomy safely.
