目的观察护患沟通技巧训练对提高皮肤科护理质量的效果。方法选取收治的110例皮肤病患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例,观察组注重沟通技巧并给予综合护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较2组患者治疗前后焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分,护理满意度。结果观察组护理总满意度为94.55%,高于对照组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后焦虑及抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护患沟通技巧训练应用于皮肤科护理中能够提高患者的满意度,消除不良心理情绪。
Objective To observe the effect of nurse-patient communication skill training on improving the quality of dermatology nursing. Methods A total of 110 cases of dermatosis were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group. The observation group were given general communication skills and the control group were given routine nursing care. The anxiety and depression self-rating scale scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was 94.55%, which was higher than 76.36% in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression self-rating scale after treatment in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nurse-patient communication skill training in dermatology nursing can improve patient’s satisfaction and eliminate bad psychological emotion.
