本文叙述了一种测量x射线变象管空间分辨率的新方法。该方法利用Formvar—Al—Parylene夹层式衬底,在该衬底上制备分划式光电阴极。用这种分划阴极来测量x射线变象管空间分辨率。与非夹层衬底比较,图象对比度有显著提高。给出两种衬底形成的分划图象对比结果。
This article describes a new method for measuring the spatial resolution of x-ray tube. The method utilizes a Formvar-Al-Parylene interlayer substrate on which a shredded photocathode is prepared. This zoned cathode was used to measure the spatial resolution of the x-ray tube. Compared with the non-sandwich substrate, the image contrast is significantly improved. The results of the contrasting images of the two substrates are given.
