工业和信息化部、科学技术部联合下发《赤泥综合利用指导意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》强调,鼓励研发和攻关共性关键技术。1.低成本赤泥脱碱技术技术攻关要点:(1)低成本赤泥脱碱的基础物理化学条件优化;(2)低成本赤泥脱碱技术的短流程清洁生产工艺开发;(3)赤泥脱碱溶液的低成本浓缩技术;(4)赤泥脱碱过程中的节能与能源梯级利用关键技术;(5)低成本赤泥脱碱的成套设备研制。2.高铁赤泥及赤泥铁精矿深度还原再选铁技术技术攻关要点:(1)深度还原反应气氛和过程的准确控
